  2. Purpose of data processing Your personal data, which are collected because of the correspondence, serve only for the purpose of processing your orders and contacting you.
  3. Period of storage Your personal data are deleted or rendered anonymous immediately as soon as they are not necessary for the purpose of achieving the aim. This applies for your personal data transmitted via E-Mail after clarification of the facts or after the end of the contact.
  4. Possibility of objection and elimination You have the possibility at any time to revoke your consent to the processing of your personal data. All personal data, which were stored during contacting, will be deleted in that case.

Google Tag Manager

This website uses the Google Tag Manager. Website Tags can be administered via a web interface by this service. The tool itself only implements Tags. There is no use of cookies and no personal data collection. The tool releases other Tags, which may acquire data. Google Tag Manager will not access this data. A deactivation on domain- or cookie level remains for all Tracking Tags, insofar they were implemented with the Google Tag Manager.

Your rights

Due to the processing of your personal data you have the following rights:

  1. Right of access You are entitled to request a written copy of the personal information we hold on you.
  2. Right of rectification You have the right of rectification and/or completion of data that pertains you if they are incorrect or incomplete. An adjustment will be made immediately.
  3. Right of limitation of processing You are entitled to request a limitation of use and processing of your personal data.
  4. Right of erasure You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data. In that case we will comply with your request immediately, as soon as the data are unnecessary for the purposes of collection.
  5. Right of data portability You can request that your personal data are transferred to another party as long as the data transmission is technically possible and company secrets remain unaffected.
  6. Right of objection You can object to the processing of the data related to you at any time. In that case we will stop the data processing immediately unless there are compelling and legitimate grounds for the processing rights which outweigh your interests, rights and freedoms or the processing serves for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims.
  7. Right of cancellation of the data privacy declaration You have the right to revoke your data privacy declaration at any time. The revoke will not affect the legality of the prior data processing.
  8. Right of complaint with a supervisory authority You have the right to bring an appeal to a supervisory authority if you believe that the processing of your personal data violates the data protection act or if you think your data protection rights are violated in some other way. The supervisory authority, in Austria this is the data protections authority, informs about the progress and results of the complaint.
