Rainer is passionate for micro-mechanics and aviation since his student years at Technical University of Graz. One milestone then, was his making of the “Smallest Aircraft Piston Engine” in the world (Guiness Book of Records in 1994).

His ingenuity and passion for science are the soul of TIPS – besides numerous inventions and patents in the field of probe cards, he is passionate about flying and puts innovation to test in his experimental airplane.

Being curious to explore new things by nature, he approaches challenges with enthusiasm and passion. His positive mindset makes teamwork both productive and enjoyable.

Disciplined at the core, he thrives on challenge and adventure, always guided by a forward-thinking spirit.

Off the field, he values real connection, continuous learning, and meaningful conversations, grounded through family and a clear sense of what really counts.

Christian has been with T.I.P.S. since 2003, bringing over two decades of hands-on experience. Known for his hard work and deep understanding of the production process, Christian is a steady presence at T.I.P.S.

He devotes his free time to working on his farm. Christian finds balance in combining his professional responsibilities with his care for his animals and the outdoors.

He’s always ready with a quick joke and a good laugh, lifting spirits and keeping things light. Whether he’s on the production floor, in the office or with his family, Christian brings a grounded positive energy that makes everyone around him feel at ease.
